WOW WOW WOW!

For some time I had been sick of my shared hosting/reseller hosting provider. After 7 years of good value but gradually decreasing support I decided to look around the market.

My toss up was between:

hostdime.co.uk - seemed very good support/pre sales, however fell down on backups and pricing.
uk2.net - offered the dreaded 'unlimited' but phone sales was useless. sounded like i was speaking to a kid in his bedroom.
webhost.uk.net - forum looked dodgey and not really any positive feedback

Then i thought for one last time I typed in 'reseller hosting end user support' into google and alas i found ezpzhosting.com

Searched around the internet and with most hosts your read good and bad, but it was warming to read that this company was run by a chap called 'Dan' who took time to speak to his customers and support them. Also the majority of the feedback was positive! So all good!

The good bits:

- presales call back from the owner dan answering all my questions
- migration of all my data across took less than an hour! well done! it took my old old host 9 hours to migrate between servers
- reseller hosting is well thought and lots of nice extras, demowolf, whmcs, rvskin, rvsitebuilder - noone else offers these!
- although no phone support, ticket system is quick!!!!!!!
- I posted some tickets on xmas day, even they were resolved quick.
- quick and responsive hosting

Everything is excellent at the moment and really hope it continues!

The bad bits:

- are there any yet?

Look forward to posting on the forum and helping a good host grow and all being well my payments will continue for years to come!
