I was considering EZPZ to transfer my reseller hosting account to. Of the accounts that I have, one is a pornographic website. It is US based, and I'd be looking to switch to the US based data center.
I see the TOS section "Grounds for Suspension and Termination" states that "Hosting websites dedicated to pornography. Legal adult content is allowed however it cannot be the main focus of your website." While looking through the forums, I saw this post where one Administrator said that "Adult images and content is allowed as long as it confirms to UK laws." This answer was from 3 years ago so I was wondering if the current TOS override the answer?
Are site that are pornographic in nature, as long as they conform to the local laws, allowed? If they are allowed, are the laws that must be obeyed the local laws of the datacenter chosen or the local laws of EZPZ Hosting (UK)?

I see you still haven't got a reply here.
I am unable to answer your question as it would be upto EZPZ alone to agree to this that's against their TOS. EZPZ official pre-sales support isn't via forums.

Hi,
Adult content is indeed allowed. If located on a US server it would need to comply to both UK and US law (server location and our location).

Doesn't the LiteSpeed TOS say that you cannot have sites that is dedicated to pornagraphic content?

Yes, your correct. I bet this has slipped through Dan's mind as it did mine as with the plentiful of software that runs a server, its hard to keep track on each TOS.
But we also don't know if Dan has created him something custom, he might have a server that doesn't run litespeed over in the USA etc.
