Picking up mail via Blackberry

Hi all,
Any ideas why my clients are finding it impossible to pick up their mail from my server via Blackberry?
Never having used a BB I'm not sure where to start.

There did use to be a download available for this in cPanel client configuration but has been removed in updates. There is a guide to setting up Blackberry FastMail in cPanel documents:
