I'm currently with Tech-Hosts UK, and they can be unreliable with uptime, especially Sundays for some reason. I am most certainly getting what I pay for. I'm very likely to move to EZPZ after reading so many glowing unsolicited testimonials on various web hosting forums.
So I have some fairly basic questions-
One of the chief reasons I'm moving is variable email availability. My agent often tells me that his emails are frequently bounced back with MX record errors- would I be able to avoid this with EZPZ? I really don't know what might be causing the bouncing. All my tests seem to show everything is working fine when I test, but my agent still gets frequent error messages. And ONLY with MY email address.
I'm looking at custom branding all of the cPanel graphics- Tech-Hosts don't currently let me do this. Do you allow it, and do you provide guidance on how to do so?
I have a reseller hosting account with at least 10 accounts hosted- would you be able to transfer my main reseller account with all the others transferring automatically? Or would I have to backup and transfer all the accounts one-by-one?
Do you have links to examples of the reseller hosting templates included?

First off I'm a customer of ezpz so this is my view.
1) I have had no problems with bounced emails. If you where having problems though I'm sure that ezpz would work with you to solve it.
2) not sure on this one, I think so, but I will check in the morning and let you know.
3) ezpz offer a free migration service where they will transfer your sites for you. They would most probably have to do them individually, but they do them for you.
I'm sure you will not be disappointed of you choose ezpz.

Changing "all" of the cPanel graphics isn't possible however you can edit theme headers, colours etc through WHM.

As long as I can replace the cPanel graphic with my own, I'd be happy. I've already prepared a set of graphics, but I can't use them with Tech-Hosts.

That shouldn't be an issue. It's only the icons that can't be changed, the rest can be branded.
