My hosting account with EZPZ doesn't see much use, but I have helped a few friends set up and maintain accounts here and so I think I can say with a lot of confidence that EZPZ Hosting is just great!
Support
This is a key issue for me; I checked out a lot of reviews before signing up and they all recommended the support - they were right! I get responses in <10 minutes a lot of the time, with less urgent tickets being answered within a few hours at most. And the support is actually helpful - not just stupid copy-paste answers, not answers from someone who doesn't know much about computers but just goes through default support questions, these people actually know what they're talking about and they don't talk down to you!
Service & Features
It's all there, it all works, it's all good. Simple as that.
Oh, and you get a whole load of nice little features for what you pay too
Uptime
This is the real world, and hardware dies sometimes. EZPZ get straight on it, keep you informed about what they're doing to sort it, and make it as painless as possible. This probably isn't too much hassle for them anyway, 'cause the uptime is simply great!
Price
Come on, look at the prices.
Yeah, you could pay those same amounts and go to some crummy "unlimited space unlimited bandwidth" host that sticks you on a crowded server and punishes you for having more than a few visitors a day - if you really like being treated like rubbish..
EZPZ keep the prices low but still provide guaranteed service that you can rely on - and don't forget that they're generous with the extra features! You don't need to worry about someone trying to milk you for silly extras because the chance is they're already included.
