Hi,
Looking to move to EZPZ and currently have a co.uk that l would like to transfer as part of the set up. What actions do l need to take at the old registrar domain management end to assist in this process?
How long does the process take assuming all the required steps are taken my end without delay?
Before l initiate the move and transfer process is it advisable to ensure l have backed up/copied the website/ftp content FIRST from the old host in case l find l can no longer get to it?

it is adviseable to backup everything and even download it first, then you need to contact your current hosting provider and ask for them to initiate a transfer....
Some hosts actually have an automated system to do this and all it requires is for you to provide an IPS Tag for your new host which in this case is "EZPZ"....
Once you have done this, you just need to sign up here and request a transfer of domain during the sign up process.... All of this plus links are in the KB... I would link you to it but i cant post links yet, just google "EZPZ Hosting transfer" and you will see it
