I have requested a reseller account and its currently pending approval. Is it possible to change my selection of domain before the account is accepted?
The reason is that I have requested an account with a domain, say www.olddomain.com, but my business site is going to be something else, like www.newdomain.com. I want to set default nameservers as ns1.newdomain.com & ns2.newdomain.com for all accounts i create.
If i cant change my domain selection at this point, how do i change my primary domain name afterwards and how do i set private nameservers so that they include the new domain?
Thanks,
Aamnah.

Hi Aamnah,
Just put in a support ticket and Dan and the team will sort you out.
Nameservers can be changed from where you purchased your domain name

As DebbieTodd said just put in a support ticket, and they should be able to sort it for you.
The easiest way for them to do it is to delete your account then recreate it with the new domain. So I would not bother uploading/configuring anything until they have done the changes.

I'm looking for a part-time/full-time job, any offers please pm me. Thanks!

I'm new customer to EZPZ Hosting and I was unsure of what domain I will be using. I just registered new domain name and put support ticket into Dan once I made my mind up, he changed all account over within 10 minutes of my support ticket.
