To gain access to the Customer Forums you need to post your request in the Access Information Forum.

Please specify which customer forum you would like access to (if you are a Reseller Customer, then you would ask for access to the reseller forum), your real name, and the domain name associated with your account.

Only you and staff can see your posts in the Access Information Forum.
