Hi:
I am thinking about signing up for one of your Reseller Accounts - I am based in the UK.
I am puzzled about your response times shown here:-
https://clients.ezpz.../server-status/
Why are the UK times slower than those of the USA?
And what happened to Cpanel9 in the UK - 53.46% uptime. ??
Thanks
Paul

Hi, i cant reply about the ping times or why the server was offline (more than likely a hardware failure which can happen to anyone at any time)
but i have been using these guys for a while, support is second to none and there service is always fast and online.
Forums are a bit slow but send them a support ticket, the most i have waited for a reply is 2 hours, the quickest is about 3 minutes.
They keep you updated with progress and will fix any issue as quick as possible.
Hope this helps you, i highly recommend not found anyone better :)

As a customer on cPanel9 I can shed some light there; there was an unexpected failure! Because EZPZ doesn't come across major problems often, this was when they found out that it takes wayyyy too long to restore a backup. This resulted in two days of down-time (but no data was lost).
EZPZ kept in touch with everyone about the process, generously compensated those affected, and I believe they are planning on implementing new backup systems so the server can't die for that long again :)

2 days offline are not acceptable for a 'Top web hosting provider' - maybe if the datacentre will be destroyed by a tsunami.

There were a lot of issues which led to that amount of downtime - all of which was provided to the affected clients and measures have been put in place to prevent it happening again.

I don't know why do you 'comment' your own post, anyway there isn't a compensation which will bring your customers back after moving to another hosting provider - I don't know if you are a reseller, but obviously you aren't. So the story is very simple: it can happen 1, 2 times for a few minutes, not hours or days. If it's about a 'line' you will lose your customers, you will get bad reviews over the globe and finaly, you can start your WEB HOSTING BUSSINES from the ground.
THERE ISN'T A COMPENSATION SUCH OF FREE MONTHS HOSTING
I don't need a "free" server without customers - I need a working server which can make mony for me. That all.

You could go to any company even the most reliable in the world and still have this kind of downtime, computers/servers as much as we dont want them too, die or have problems from time to time, all you can do is learn from it and do the best to make sure it never ever happens again.
