Os relato mi experiencia con EZPZ despues de unos 2 meses usando sus servicios. Os detallo paso a paso:

Proceso de alta: Al instante, en cuanto se confirmó el pago se activo la cuenta.

Traspaso de dominios: Tenia una cuenta revendedor en otra empresa, el cambio se realizo de forma rápida cada vez que solicitava mover un dominio a traves de los tickets. Todas las webs funcionaron perfectamente en el nuevo servidor.

Soporte recibido via tickets: 10/10 ;), Respuestas precisas, y rápidas soluciones a las dudas que les planteaba. Muy buena atención, incluso en festivos y en horas intempestivas.

Problemas aparecidos / downtimes: Tuve un problema con las conexiones a traves de FTP, que solventaron al primer ticket que envié. Desde entonces funciona perfectamente. Downtimes = ¿que es eso? en dos meses ninguno, siempre funcionando bien.

Tengo algunas webs hechas con Joomla y foros con SMF, todos funcionan correctamente desde el primer dia.

Solo agradecer a DAN su enorme paciencia mostrada en todo momento y su inestimable ayuda, y deciros que hace 2 meses que me he olvidado de la busqueda de hosting, espero seguir con EZPZ mucho tiempo
