Previously, I had been a loyal customer of an US based hosting company for over 4 years, was with them since they started and with all good intentions they where good for a time until they grew...my first company for reselling and so I knew no different. During that time I had nothing but problems and continual down time, lost a lot of clients and so I searched for a company that would be based in UK, I would rather support UK providers than US, plus it's better for those with UK Domains...but they were so expensive until I came across EZPZ, same price as previous so I signed up, nervously.
I hadn't even realised the initials and what they meant, I was under that much pressure, but I have to say, I have been with them for just under two months and it's been just that!
I am very impressed by their service, quick responses, they helped me to get all my clients sites over and any problems are dealt with very quickly. I am very pleased and my stress has eased from 100 to 0.
