Hi,
Are all 8000 members online at the same time? If not how many visitors do you roughly have per day?
It sounds like your account is approaching VPS territory.

at the same time only 20+ members online.

I run a small vBulletin forum on there USA server and havn't had any issues.

You should be absolutely fine. If it does cause any problems we'll notify you before taking any action but it doesn't sound busy enough to warrant an upgrade.
