3 days ago, I purchased a vps setup from another provider, i placed the order, 1 day later I had still not received an email at all telling me what was going on, I had to call them to find out, apparently the system crash processing it, I was told to replace the order, which I did, 6 hours later still nothing, so i called them again, the same problem had occured. The guy on the phone pushed it through manually and I got a confirmation email finally, 1 day later I got an email saying the account had been activated, but i wasn't given any log in details, i had to call again to get this fixed. Then finally I manage to get access, there is no information on how to upload the files, there is no way to setup ftp access. I call the support line at 50p a minute, ask how this is done, get put on hold for 10 minutes then the guy comes back and says that there is no documentation on this is done and that he can't help me with it.

The comparison.

ezpz, order placed, 20 seconds later 3 emails confirming order and welcome to ezpz, excellent, 15 minutes later server is setup and ready to use, at 9pm on a friday evening.

There is one small issue, there is no file structure in place, so i submit a support ticket, within 30 minutes I have a response from Daniel K, telling me that it was formated with a plain operating system, a solution was offered, Daniel offered to reformat the unit and put whm/cpanel on, without me even asking him to, I say yes please that would be excellent, 20 minutes later, i get a response saying that the format and install has been done, and that their are some final touches to be completed.

Every other host company out there, take note of how ezpz treat their customers.

If this is a sign of things to come, I shall be sticking with ezpz forever more.
