Apparently it’s been 45 days since I transferred my hosting to you guys and, so far, no regrets at all so thanks. I chose EZPZhosting because I wanted to redevelop my previously hand-coded web site using WordPress and yours was one of a number of companies that support WordPress that came up on a Google search. Following a quick comparison you seemed to offer the package I was looking for so I took the plunge and kept my finger crossed.
There were a few hickups before I could get started, mainly over the transfer of my .net domain name. The process was more complicated and took longer than I expected, but this was mostly, but not entirely, beyond the control of EZPZhosting. We got there in the end but I think more could be done to explain the process in layman terms. I have some experience in web design and hosting but a newby would struggle with the process.
On the other hand, EZPZhosting’s Client Area is beautifully clean and clear and the tech support is superb: There is a large set of excellent video tutorials and a useful knowledge base but, above all, it gives you real confidence to know that someone is going to answer your questions quickly and precisely. I have a sense that the people I’ve communicated with at EZPZhosting actually care – a rare experience nowadays. The support is worth the hosting fee alone. I only hope this level of service is maintained as the company grows – as it surely will.
