Like a refreshing drink
I most certainly know the stains of trying to find a new hosting provider across this fast developing internet, especially when you have been with a company so many years. There are so many companies out there. Some run to a professional standard, with good staffing, service level agreements, service statistics and reviews - but many with a professional front and in fact run by a money making, wanna-be entrepreneur.
I spent the best part of 1 and a half month looking for a new hosting provider, before I came across several recommendations for EZPZ Hosting.
First Impressions
I believe heavily in first impressions. If the website is shabby, it's not worth bothering with. As someone who has worked in business for a few years now - I know fine well that a company which doesn't care about their presentation to the world (especially an internet business), does not care much for the rest of their service. This is all too evident across the web. A website has to have impact. It has to have appeal - to make you want to read more. It has to give a professional, but unique look. Not a template that 1000 other websites have installed; but a nice, stylish, fresh and modern website which effectively sells itself. The website should be effectively a sales team manager - the one who does the most of the graft!
When I first typed the URL to EZPZ Hosting and hit enter on my keyboard, I got exactly what I wanted. Exactly what I hoped would show. A professional, modern, stylish website. That was clearly unique in it's elements and refreshing to read. A professional hosting company, with dedicated support lines and excellent pricing. The website sold the service to me within minutes. It felt like I had walked into a house and could see it as my "home". It felt like I'd taken a drink of some ice cold beverage after a day in the sun! I can only describe my first impressions as a fresh ice cold drink. Refreshing and revitalising.
First Encounter
Because I was immediately keen on moving my full business services to this hosting company, I wanted to find out more. I decided to submit my support ticket using their inbuilt online support ticket service. This was a test in itself. I asked questions that were clearly answered on the website and I was monitoring the time it took to get a response.
I submitted my first support ticket at 11:00AM. I updated it with an addition at 11:12AM and I received my response at 11:47AM. A full response to both my questions reached me within 50 minutes.
There were two things that impressed me about this:
1. The time for a response was excellent. I had no real waiting around, I wasn't waiting overnight, or over a few days. I was waiting minutes!
2. I had a FULL response to my questions. I raised 8 different points, all of which were answered in full. None of the answers were "Look here <URL>" - they were all open, transparent and clear. Through the response, I could tell there was no remorse for having to re-type what was clearly available. Dan (who answered my ticket) was happy to help, even it it meant answering all eight points. This to me is key to any support service; willingness to help and happy to cooperate.
Dan not only answered all of my points, but he kept in regular contact for the next two hours. I'd been sold the service by then. The service I wanted, what I'd been looking for. Tailored to me, with no hassle. From my first response at 11:47AM. I paid for my order at 12:04PM.
My Order
Sometimes when you are looking to buy, you want a service more tailored to your needs rather than a set package. After looking at the excellent packages that EZPZ Hosting offered I wanted something slightly different, to tailor my budget, to suit my business needs.
When asking if this was possible, I hardly had chance to refresh my browser before I had a reply. Dan was more than happy to set me up a personalized package and order, which as you can see above. I bought. This was all done between 11.47 and 12.04. Amazing.
No stress, no hassle
The worst part when running a business and the requirement to move - is the stress that comes with it. You have to update all of your clients of the changes, while moving their services across - at the same time as minimising downtime. It was again, a relief when EZPZ Hosting offered to transfer all my current accounts for me, free of charge. This was done within two hours and all I had to do was update my nameservers and contact my clients to inform them of the change. The downtime received was 0%. I terminated my old contract with my previous hosting company three days after the move - to ensure consistency in the uptime.
Overall review
EZPZ Hosting is just that. Easy Peasy Hosting. Simple, yet highly professional. It has quality, it has class. It is unique, modern, fresh and stylish. It stands out from the crowd with it's excellent pricing, great packages, superb uptime, professional service and outstanding support all mixed into one.
I would recommend anyone to this hosting company. Their professionalism astounds me. They deserve a space in the limelight. The owner of this business will go far and I hope I do business with EZPZ for a very long time to come.
