Well although I've only been with EZPZ for a short time I feel I must comment on my experience so far. I have to say I've been blown away by the support I've received in this short time. So quick, no matter the time of day, no matter how complex the query.

It is a far cry from my previous experience, and is a breath of fresh air. Its great to be able to submit a support ticket, and know that the person reading it and answering it is well experienced and isn't some 'web monkey' that has only just started in this field of work.

Getting to grips with WHM, WHMCS and integration with CPanel has been a big learning experience for me, and could've been a big stress! but with the knowledge that I had great support has mean't that I have had a very positive experience.

So here's to a long future with EZPZ and I recommend them wholeheartedly!
