- Front line support via ticket and live chat.
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical problems customers are having with their hosting accounts.
- Perform miscellaneous jobs as assigned.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Advanced knowledge with cPanel/WHM, CentOS, OpenVZ, FTP, DNS.
- Experience in documenting procedures
