I have been at EZPZ for over 50 days now and I must say I am more than pleased with the level of service provided to me thus far.

Server and Network Performance

Prior to being with EZPZ, I was with SurpassHosting for over a year and I didn't realise how oversold their servers were. I stayed with them mainly because of their customer service (staffs were willing to negotiate) but eventually I had to leave because the server I was on kept going under 99% uptime and having slow loading/download speeds which weren't good signs.

The contrast became very distinct when I moved to EZPZ. I was rather skeptical at first because it seemed too good to be true - but that was during a promotional period so it is a different story altogether. Anyhow, in my nearly 2 months stay at EZPZ, the uptime so far has been 100%. Couple that to the almost 4-5 times faster loading/download speed that I am getting from their US servers and these have gone beyond my expectations. There had been a few instances when the server load was a bit high, but those were usually due to the 6 hourly backups being carried out, or users scripts gone wrong on the server and were sorted out quickly.

Customer Service

The staffs at EZPZ have been very nice to work with, especially Dan and Tony. On several instances, I have asked questions that were totally unrelated to the service (3rd party scripts, opinion on WHT Premium membership, MaxMind configuration settings, etc) and have received very personal responses to them. It is definitely a bonus to have staffs sharing their experience with you, rather than giving generic answers and leaving you dubious.

And honestly, not many companies provide this - I had drilled several other "recommended" hosts before signing up at EZPZ and they had either too generic responses (whereby one ticket is handled by a different staff every time I made a response to it) which left me with a very unpleasant feeling; or simply their staffs were just plain unfriendly.

Conclusion

Price: 10/10 - definitely very competitive for all the features you will get
Uptime: 10/10 - what more do I need to say about 100% uptime?
Service: 10/10 - it has gone way beyond my initial expectations

In all, if you are looking for a reliable hosting provider that also has the benefit of having so many value-added features, EZPZ is your choice.
