I signed up EZPZHosting Reseller on 04/03/2010, after I found a great offer on WHT (WEb Hosting Talk) - Not to mention everything, these were the appealing factors why I signed up:


* Free WHMCS - most hosts offer an additional charge, so this was by far the most competitive offer I've seen.
* Free template - this would have cost around $60 if purchased through a template company.
* Free end user support

I have tried quite a few different hosting companies over the last year with very similar offers, and have been very disappointed with there level of service, and there total lack of interest in replying to support tickets, and usually to get the run around when you try and cash in there free offer (Such as trying to get ClientExec)

45 days down the line with EZPZ, I have had no down time and nothing but world class service from Dan in every support ticket I have opened (And I have lost count of how many that is!) usually a rely within 30 mins tops!

I have even had help on unrelated things, which I wouldn't have got from any other host (From setting up WHMCS to html debugging!)

As long as this company doesnt go through any other change like some of the other company's being sold recently (You know who they are if youve been reading WHT threads), I will be staying here for a long time!

General Ratings

- Uptime 10/10 - I am yet to see any downtime?
- Support (10/10) Longest wait even for a complicated issue has been 30 mins, amazing!
- Price (10/10) You WILL NOT get a package like this with this service anywhere else, believe me I have tried some of the best
- Server Load (10/10) No issues ive seen so far
- Service (10/10) - Best I have had with any host so far!
