I must say I am very happy with the hosting with EZPZ thus far. The previous company I was with were a mare to deal with not answering communication. Here your response is superb.
In the last few weeks the site has been unavailable for short periods of time typically 10-15 minutes, but it has happened a number of times. But I accept these things do happen.
When the routing station died - I was impressed with the way you kept us informed with what was happening.
A thumbs up from me so far.

I meant to add. Dan did a full transfer from my previous hosts to EZPZ including file integrity checks.

If you are looking for the personal touch with your hosting, look no further than EZPZ.
From the moment you make contact you will be looked after. Any questions, no matter how silly, will be answered by Dan or his colleague so you know exactly what you will get for your money.
If you have had a bad experience with support from a host, and I have, then be re-assured that these guys are SUPERB at responding and keeping in touch. You will get a response measured in minutes rather than hours. This does not finish just because you have signed up, it is the way they do business.
EZPZ are proof that a quality service does NOT have to mean a big monthly bill. The rates are among the best I have found - and better than any other host I have had including those in the States. But hey - if you want the States, EZPZ offer hosting there too!
The packages they offer are full of great features that come as standard for your monthly price. Features that you may have to pay as extras elsewhere.
I have a link on my site because without question, EZPZ are the BEST hosts I've ever been with not just because of the support, not just because of the value for money or not just because of the package - but all of those things!

Since writing the review above, the service has dive bombed and become atrocious - HAS IT HECK!!! 
These guys are THE BUSINESS. 
Since arriving on the EZPZ doorstep, I've enjoyed top notch support, top notch services all for top notch price. I have bought several other sites here since I arrived, and not one of them are disappointed.
