Hello, I see u offer Master Reseller accts under the Main reseller and you would also provide support to my direct end-users. Who provides the support to the sub-reseller and their end-users if we decide to sell a reseller accts?

We can provide support to anyone that submits a support ticket through your help desk. Usually this would be to your sub-resellers and your end users.
We're working on providing support to your sub-resellers end users, however keeping this white label is proving tricky so we have no ETA on this.

I think providing support to master resellers -> master reseller -> master reseller -> client
Would get a bit tedious and strain on support.
