Hello EZPZ,
I found your promo on WHT http://www.webhostin...ad.php?t=745211
it says "Order any reseller hosting package from our range and get 50% off your bill and a free upgrade to the next package"

does it mean, if I order Reseller Starter with the coupon. I only have to pay half of it and I'll get Reseller Business features?

and does 50% off also applicable for yearly payment?

and what about next year renewal? do I pay the same discounted price or the standard price?

ps: I am interesting be a Reseller but only with Yearly payment

Hi,

That's correct - You pay 50% of the Starter price and will be upgraded to the Business package and can take advantage of the features on the Business plan.

The 50% off is indeed applicable for annual payments. The pricing will stay exactly the same when it comes to renewal time.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with

Same for me. It seems the 50% off coupon is just for the 1st invoice. I'd like to pay monthly.

Hi,

WHMCS can only be installed on our servers and cannot be installed on a remote server. This is a licensing rule enforced by WHMCS.

The free domain needs to be registered at signup and cannot be registered at a later date. If you'd like to transfer a domain you can also do this for free at signup, this will also renew the domain for another year.

The recurring price is manually edited after the order is accepted so that's nothing to worry about.

As for the order being marked as fraud, the distance between your IP and billing address is huge. Do you have a copy of any documentation with your billing address on? For example, a domestic bill or driving license? If so, email this to sales@ezpzhosting.co.uk and we will manually process your order.

Regards,

Dan

Hi Sulley,

I'll correct the promotion now - If you'd like to try again in 5 minutes it should show it as a recurring discount.

WOW! :-O
So I can pay monthly and each month will be %50 off? O_O
That's amazing!

Btw....regarding free domain. In an email you told me I can purchase WhoIs privacy for £5. How do I do that? Will I need to open a support ticket once I've signed up?

Thanks!

Hi Sulley,

Yep, you'll get 50% off each month.

The whois privacy should be an option in the order process. If you dont see the option, feel free to submit a ticket after order and we will apply this to your account.

I just want to know regarding payment on ezpz?
- how does your promo code works?
- how does your fraud checking works?
- why didn't you using USD as base currency? how much GBP 60 in USD?

Hi,

Since changing the promo code settings, the cart should display the recurring price as the lower price automatically.

When you are next due for renewal, you will only need to process a payment rather than complete another order. The fraud checks are only performed at time of order and not each time a transaction is completed.

£60 is roughly $86 according to www.xe.com

Um .. are there any freebies at the moment. I have a few months to run on my reseller package with another (used to be good but not anymore) company so I might jump now if theres a deal on.
